Product introduction: Using polymer (polypropylene or high-density polyethylene) as the main raw material, nano carbon black is added, and continuous sheets are extruded. Regular punching holes are made on the sheets, and then the mesh is heated and stretched (unidirectional or first unidirectional and then bidirectional). The stretching process redirects the clustered molecular chains with scattered pores along the stretching direction, resulting in a straight line state. This greatly increases the tensile strength of the geogrid, significantly reduces the tensile strain and creep stress, and improves the mechanical properties of the material.
