HDPE Impermeable Membrane
HDPE impermeable membrane (High-Density Polyethylene geomembrane) is a waterproofing and barrier material widely used in various engineering projects. Below is an introduction to the product and its application cases:
Product Introduction
Main Composition: Composed of 97.5% high-density polyethylene and approximately 2.5% additives, including carbon black, anti-aging agents, antioxidants, UV absorbers, and stabilizers.
Production Technology: Manufactured using fully automated geomembrane production equipment and three-layer co-extrusion technology.
Performance Characteristics: Features high tensile strength, low elongation, uniform deformation in both longitudinal and transverse directions, high tear strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and superior impermeability.
Service Life: Can last over 50 years when buried underground.

Application Cases
1. Environmental Sanitation: Used in municipal solid waste landfills, sewage treatment facilities, toxic/hazardous waste disposal sites, hazardous material warehouses, and for industrial waste and construction debris containment.
2. Hydraulic Engineering: Applied in anti-seepage, leak sealing, and reinforcement for river, lake, and reservoir dams; canal lining; vertical core walls; and slope protection.
3. Municipal Engineering: Used for waterproofing in subways, underground building structures, rooftop water reservoirs, and roof gardens, as well as for sewage pipeline lining.
4. Landscape Architecture: Used for lining artificial lakes, ponds, and golf course water hazards, as well as for slope protection.
5. Petrochemical Industry: Used for oil storage tank containment (at chemical plants, refineries, and gas stations), chemical reaction tanks, sedimentation tank linings, and secondary containment systems.
6. Mining Industry: Used for lining washing/processing tanks, heap leaching pads, ash yards, dissolution tanks, sedimentation tanks, storage yards, and tailings ponds.
7. Agriculture: Used for lotus root cultivation, lining lotus ponds, water storage ponds, and waterproofing irrigation systems.
8. Aquaculture: Used for lining fish and shrimp ponds, slope protection for sea cucumber enclosures, etc. 9. Salt Industry: Crystallization ponds and brine ponds (covers/tarps), salt-production films, and plastic covering films for salt ponds.
