Composite geomembrane
Product Introduction: A non-woven composite geotextile film made of non-woven geotextile as the substrate and polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and other film materials. There are options such as one cloth and one film, two cloths and one film, two films and one cloth, and multiple cloths and multiple films.
Product specifications: One fabric, one film base fabric: 100-800g/㎡, film thickness: 0.1-1.0mm; Two fabrics, one film base fabric: 100-400g/㎡, film thickness: 0.2-1.0mm; One fabric, two film base fabric: 100-800g/㎡, film thickness: 0.1-0.8mm.
Product features: Good flexibility, in addition to geotextile isolation, drainage, reinforcement, protection and other functions, it also has a sealing (anti-seepage) function.
Application scope: It is an ideal anti-seepage material, widely used in water conservancy and transportation tunnel engineering such as channel, embankment, plain reservoir, dangerous reservoir anti-seepage reinforcement, and dam anti-seepage.
The production equipment for composite geomembranes adopts the new process of pull film composite, which can produce various specifications of composite geomembranes such as one fabric, one film, two fabrics, one film, and multiple fabrics and multiple films (the base fabric is made of needle punched geotextile, and can also be made of long filament machine woven fabric or plastic woven fabric). This production process not only maintains the good mechanical properties of the geotextile base fabric, but also ensures uniform thickness and high peel strength of the composite product film, avoiding the formation of pores and sand holes on the film, greatly improving the impermeability strength of the film. The surface of the film is treated with embossing, which increases the friction coefficient of the film formation, improves the stability of the anti-seepage project, and facilitates construction.
