Three dimensional vegetation net is a civil engineering material used for grass planting, soil stabilization, and slope protection, also known as three-dimensional geonet pad. It fills the soil with a three-dimensional structure, allowing plant roots to grow through the mesh and form a green composite protective layer, which can both solidify the soil and protect the slope.
Where is it mainly used
Transportation engineering: protection of roadbed slopes for highways, railways, and airports.
Water conservancy engineering: slope protection of rivers and dams.
Ecological restoration: mine greening, desert soil stabilization, community greening, and soil borrow area management.
Alternative to traditional materials: In rocky slopes or steep slopes, it can replace concrete, asphalt or block stone slope protection, with lower cost and more ecological benefits.
What are the specifications and materials available
Material: mostly thermoplastic resin, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), corrosion-resistant and environmentally friendly.
Common models: divided into Em2, Em3, Em4, Em5, etc. according to the number of layers, the more layers, the higher the strength.
Weight range: generally between 220g/㎡ and 430g/㎡, corresponding to a thickness of about 10mm to 16mm.
Roll specifications: commonly 2 meters wide, 30 meters or 50 meters long, can also be customized.
